The light is cycling through WITHOUT turning green. The green arrow happens, but never turns green on the main lights. Seems to happen in the morning. It’s been happening for at least several days. Causing MASSIVE delays to cars.

The street light in front of our house is out and has been for quite a while. We've had a break-in and two close calls and I believe it's because it's so dark around our house.

Not sure if this is a City light or not because it's not at a main intersection, but it looks like one. Whatever the case, it's burned out. It's the one on the SW corner of the intersection of the west alley (there are two alleys in this block) and Cottage Grove.

Street light at corner of High & Hunter not working. Lights church entrance and is an area where many students walk through at night. Light starts to come on, but stays very dim or goes back off.
