Noticed that the city light at the corner of south dunn and east grimes lane has not been lit the last couple evenings.

The second stoplight heading north on Curry Pike is twisted so that people don’t see that it turned red until they go through it. Everytime I am stopped on Gifford one or two vehicles run the light going north on Curry.
