Hunter and highland - large branch hanging down on power line to street light

Hi. Somebody knocked over street light today from about 10am to 2pm. I saw it when i came home from lunch. It is blocking the sidewalk; however, I do not want to move as it could be an electrical hazard. Please fix. Thanks.
