The left turn arrow for turning south on High Street does not seem to be functioning. I have waited there several times in the past few days without seeing arrow and eastbound traffic still has a red light.
The light on this corner is out.

Historic Street light on the NE corner of Hawthorne Dr and 2nd St requires a light bulb replacement.
As I drive west on 3rd, and get in the lane to turn south on High Street, the green arrow is not visible. I know it is functioning, because the traffic facing me stops and waits.
