The street light across from my house is frequently going out, eventually restarting. Frequency of outages seems to be increasing.

The streetlight on the east side of Walnut in the immediate vicinity of the Princess Theater building is not working. It is important to keep all the lights along N Walnut working because it is a high student traffic area on weekends and during events.
Northbound/Southbound lights not turning green
Several sidewalk lights along both Lincoln Street Kirkwood Ave (by Old National Bank) are out. It is very dark in several areas at night.
Streetlight across the street from 209 E 10th is out creating unsafe area for pedestrians at night.
The drive/alleyway to the left of my residence is unlit and pitch black at night. It is dangerous to walk to and from my car or trash bins at night. I spoke with my landlord and he said that it is city property. I would like some kind of streetlight or floodlight installed.
The street lights near my my home are both out making my neighborhood unsafe. The light at 7th and Ritter and the light on Ritter half way between 6th and 7th are both out.
Light cycles on and off (for long periods of time)
The last street light that is on the corner of S. Madison and W. 3rd St. in-front of Madison Apartments is flashing during the day and especially at night. It is very bright and shines directly into my window when I am sleeping. It has become a nuisance.
