On the southeast corner of the intersection. on the side of the pole facing the courthouse, there are 2 bare wires exposed. My brother and I noticed it last night (12/23/2014) around 6pm. This is on the traffic signal green post. Looks dangerous!

Pedestrian signal is not operating at corner of E. 10th and Fee Lane. "No turn on red" sign has been removed. Very hazardous situation for the many pedestrians trying to cross !0th St. and temporary fencing for Business School project blocks vision to east for drivers attempting to turn right at Fee Lane and 10th on red.
