Eastbound Patterson left turn arrow for Rogers north cycles green every time regardless of whether or not there's a car.
With the New Year and new mayor, hoping this traffic signal that has been malfunctioning for over four years, is slated to be repaired in 2024. Last I heard, it was a 2022 project. It continues to always cycle a left turn arrow for West Grimes regardless if there are any cars waiting to turn.
Camera for northbound Henderson at Winslow needs to be adjusted upward. Observed female driver stopped 10' back from stop line and traffic signal went two cycles without turning green. As 20 cars backed up behind her, I pulled next to her and showed her that she needed to pull up a few feet. She then got a green light the next cycle.
I've reported intermittent malfunctions at this light before. This time I was heading north bound on Henderson and stopped in the center lane at the red light for Winslow. The light was green both directions on Winslow at the time. The light then went red on Winslow and turned green with a green arrow for the south bound cars stopped on Henderson. After these cars went through, the traffic light went green again for Winslow and I never received a green light. The second time around, a car came alongside me in the left lane and I then got a green light after sitting for two plus minutes a second time around. The light is also set to green too long for Winslow.
Walnut southbound left turn arrow onto Grimes east cycles green every time and there's rarely a car turning left. Plus the northbound left turn arrow for Grimes/Patterson doesn't stay green long enough causing traffic to back up almost to Hillside at times.
On several occasions I've pulled up to the left turn lane stop line going south on Henderson at Winslow and have not gotten a green light. I arrived at the intersection just as Henderson northbound is getting a green light and green turn arrow, and there are no cars yet at the red lights on Winslow. Once the northbound left turn traffic is done, the southbound light never goes green. So I sit and wait for an entire cycle before getting a green arrow three minutes later.
The left turn arrow for westbound Winslow Rd at South Walnut cycles green every time when there are no cars turning left. Don't believe the loops were reactivated after construction this summer.
