The lights for the 10th street westbound traffic stayed red for several light cycles while the eastbound traffic lights changed as expected. I reported this issue about 4 years ago as well.

Signal needs reset/repaired, it is flashing red in all directions
The pedestrian signal on the northwest corner at the intersection of College and Kirkwoid does not show the white ok to cross figure when approaching from the east. I noticed this last weekend but forgot to report.
The signal is letting 3 or 4 cars through and then changing to yellow. This is happening in all directions.
Traffic light is cycling continuously. And left turn signal at Patterson westbound on to Fairview cycles every time as well
Traffic signal at W. Patterson and Fairview St has been cycling ever 30 seconds for a couple weeks. And the left turn arrow for west bound Patterson turns green every cycle with no vehicles turning.
The signal seems to think that there is always traffic waiting on Fairview.
Patterson and Fairview light timing messed up. Constantly switching to red after about 10 seconds even with no traffic waiting on sensors
The traffic light on Patterson goes red after 1-3 cars pass through. This happens over and over again even though there are no cars on Farview. I have waited upwards of 7+ light cycles to get through this light. This delays drivers and increases pollution. This has been an issue for months, please fix the issue.
