On several occasions I've pulled up to the left turn lane stop line going south on Henderson at Winslow and have not gotten a green light. I arrived at the intersection just as Henderson northbound is getting a green light and green turn arrow, and there are no cars yet at the red lights on Winslow. Once the northbound left turn traffic is done, the southbound light never goes green. So I sit and wait for an entire cycle before getting a green arrow three minutes later.
I've reported intermittent malfunctions at this light before. This time I was heading north bound on Henderson and stopped in the center lane at the red light for Winslow. The light was green both directions on Winslow at the time. The light then went red on Winslow and turned green with a green arrow for the south bound cars stopped on Henderson. After these cars went through, the traffic light went green again for Winslow and I never received a green light. The second time around, a car came alongside me in the left lane and I then got a green light after sitting for two plus minutes a second time around. The light is also set to green too long for Winslow.
Traffic signals are not working
the traffic light at the corner of high street and hillside drive (moose's pike) needs fixing. going south on high street, the arrow to go left (east) onto moose's pike ALWAYS activates, with no cars there. it stays a long time, disrupting traffic in all directions.
Light at Winslow and Henderson does not change to green at night for northbound traffic.
Since the repaving on High St. the light favors traffic on High instead of the more travelled road of Hillside causing traffic to move less smoothly along Hillside.
On southbound High Street at Hillside, left turn traffice signal activated during every cycle, whether there is a car in left-turn lane or not. Sensors need to be checked, please, since traffic backs up needlessly.
Stop sign here (South Renwick, heading east) is blocked from sight by the trees. Very hard to see until you are almost in the intersection with South Hawksmoore.
The green light was burnt out for northbound traffic on Walnut Street at Miller Drive. It's the light for Walnut traffic heading south to north. The green light on the right side (furthest east) of the set of lights was out just after 8pm this evening when I passed through.
