The walk/ don't walk sign at 3rd and Rogers, on the northwest corner, is obscured by leaves and virtually invisible. Thank you.
The left turn light for southbound Walnut at Hillside is activating with no traffic in the turn lane and stays activated for the maximum timing. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now.
The light at 2nd and High street is not working.
I want to thank the city for installing traffic lights at the exit of Twin Lakes Rec Center, at the intersection of Bloomfield Rd and Rolling Ridge Dr. They are a big help to me when I need to make a left turn from the TLRC. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Traffic signal at Curry Pike and Otis Elevator not working properly; signal remains red although traffic in all other directions stops and this pattern repeats cycle after cycle.
Signal at W. 2nd St. & Liberty Dr. only lasting 3-5 seconds on green for 2nd St. 1st car gets through on green, 2nd car gets yellow while in intersection, 3rd car gets red while in intersection.

I called 911 again last night/this morning but I don't know that I explained it correctly. Thank you.
Intersection of Adams/5th/3rd (near Kleindorfers Hardware). Signal used to change with flow of traffic, now stays green for long periods when there is no traffic from that direction and leaves cars sitting at red light for long periods of time.
At the intersection of Gifford and Curry the left green turn signal is out. All other lights funtional
