The light at Rockport and Tapp is severely mis-timed. The issue seems to be recent. It is green far too long for the Rockport travelers and red far too long for the Tapp travelers. This is causing un-necessary backups on Tapp Rd. In the middle of the day, with very little traffic, cars still aren't all making it thru the light. The pedestrian yield light on the south side of the S Rogers and 4th St intersection is not working. Lights/audio have not been turning on when the button is pushed.

A left turn light turning from Patterson onto Allen is needed, the oncoming traffic is obscured by foliage and the curve of the road
