The left turn signal exiting the shopping center (Welmir Dr.) onto W. 3rd is TO SHORT. This lane backs up extensively, causing significant congestion during peak traffic times. Best case scenario, 4 cars are able to clear the turn lane before the light changes. From Liberty to west-bound 3rd stays green until the lane is cleared.

Please fix this stoplight. Turn signals are triggering when there is nobody there and they hold forever. Signal definitely needs adjusted!
