A maroon car has been parked on 6th street for well over a month and unhoused people sleep in it sometimes. Parking enforcement put a ticket on it the other day and someone simply removed the ticket and seemed to throw it away. These tenants moved out from Brenda Lane months ago but their cars that have flat tires are still parked on the street. There are 3 cars parked in a school lot at Templeton that are not staff or parents. They are parked here all the time.
