On the east side of S. Walnut Pike north of Rhorer Rd there is no sidewalk between the newly installed county walk (as part of the intersection improvement) and the Peppergrass development. The bank along the road in the area is steep requiring one to walk in the street where the visibility is not great.
The section of sidewalk along W 6th St in front of Fairview Methodist Church on the north side between Jackson and Fairview streets is in really bad shape. Most of the sidewalks in this area were recently replaced or shaved but this section really needs to be replaced. A person I was walking with recently tripped there and lost a lot of skin off of hands/knees/chin so this section really is dangerous, especially since most of the sidewalks around there are new so you aren't expecting it on this highly traveled section. The sidewalk between 3507 and 3509 E Edward Ct, just off of Olcott Blvd is badly damaged, and "raised" quite a bit off of level ground presenting a tripping hazzard, and ATT contractor lineal out of Bedford, IN drove a steel treaded digger over the sidewalk breaking off this section
Request sidewalk to be installed on north side of E 13th Street. Many pedestrians walk in the road on this busy stretch of two-way traffic.
The ice in front of the old Which-Which / new Raising Kane's is very dangerous. It could use some more salt for sure, part of the sidewalk in front of Chipotle too. It has had little to no tending to.
There is a need for sidewalk on the east side of S Walnut street between E Winslow Rd and E Ridgeview Dr. It's a very dangerous stretch where motorists tend to speed and includes a blind hill. There are pedestrians walking along the shoulder of this road constantly. Thank you for your time.

Retaining wall is collapsing on NW corner of property. Sidewalk has been blocked for weeks, preventing wheelchair traffic and posing a dangerous situation, as it is hard to see in the dark and is unavoidable.
1502 North Lee Street--The sidewalk at this address which borders Emerson is overgrown with weeds. This sidewalk has quite a bit of foot traffic and an occasional wheelchair.
Sidewalk on NE corner of Dunn/11th has a sinkhole forming in it. It is not too large now, but it is dangerous and progressive. Not clear is this is a City issue or if the adjacent property owner is responsible for sidewalk upkeep.
