The overhang to Bubs burgers is far too low. As a tall person, I have to go around it and step into the road. Why are sidewalks discriminating against tall individuals? I pay taxes to maintain this area and deserve to be able to walk freely on that side of the street. -Randy
4517 E Morningside. Trees at rear of property overhanging sidewalk a bit (NW corner).
Growth impinging the sidewalk on the West side of Pete Ellis Drive near the gardens and Post office.
Following up on report # 182909 Blocked Sidewalk FROM ONE MONTH AGO NO RESPONSE!!!! Bumped my head again today so I thought I would RESUBMIT this claim as a taxpayer. I should sue the city for their failure to address this issue. The overhang to Bubs burgers is far too low. As a tall person, I have to go around it and step into the road. Allow access from A to B in picture attached. It is inappropriate for me to walk on state road or on some person/business' private property.
Sidewalk is completely blocked by overgrown bushes
Yew bush/tree has grown out so far that it halfway blocks the sidewalk. This makes for a dangerous situation at night because the sidewalk is in really bad shape at the same location. Those two things together pose a major trip hazard if people have to navigate around the yew in the dark and also have to watch their step on the crumbling sidewalk.
The tennants of 321/120 (limestone mansion) on the corner of 8th and washington regularly obstruct the sidewalk to the point where handicapped individuals would have to ride over the curb into the street to get around them.
construction sign rendered useless for 2 years now.
