Tree branches overhang 9th St. sidewalk at Butler Park hanging lower than five feet--impassable without ducking or leaving sidewalk--very difficult for elderly pedestrians. Come on, Bloomington. Stop empowering harassment and instead prioritize violations that actually impede safety and access.
