Completely dead, large street tree on 11th Street side of property.
Retaining wall collapsing (again) on NW corner of property. Large limestone block has fallen into sidewalk, blocking wheelchair and stroller passage.
The street and sidewalk are blocked by protesters, they're not actively protesting, but they are obstructing people trying to use 7th street
Homeless encampment on Kirkwood. Another reason Kirkwood should never be closed.
Multiple tents blocking street/sidewalk. Almost fell getting through to eat.
Gravel and dirt built up at the curb ramp making it inaccessible to any wheelchair user.
Barriers blocking sidewalk in violation of ADA accessibility standards
Sidewalk is completely blocked by overgrown bushes
Yew bush/tree has grown out so far that it halfway blocks the sidewalk. This makes for a dangerous situation at night because the sidewalk is in really bad shape at the same location. Those two things together pose a major trip hazard if people have to navigate around the yew in the dark and also have to watch their step on the crumbling sidewalk.
The tennants of 321/120 (limestone mansion) on the corner of 8th and washington regularly obstruct the sidewalk to the point where handicapped individuals would have to ride over the curb into the street to get around them.
