8th&rogers, northwest corner sidewalk is in the process of being torn up today. no ped detour or control of any kind. is this city work? is there an MOT? thanks!
Southside walk on 11th Street just east of college avenue. They moved the fence to be too close to the Jersey barriers. It's about a foot of clearance. And that's if you're willing to walk on the base of the fence. Less than that if you aren't. In addition they've allowed cones to accumulate fully blocking the pedestrian access. I moved the cone. In addition you should check out the south end of their construction walk around on the east side of college just south of this photo. There's no handicap access and the access to sidewalk is partially obstructed.
Sidewalk on east side of college avenue just north of 7th Street. About half to 3/4 obstructed by trees hanging over from the property at 120 West 7th Street.
sidepath on north side of e rogers rd overgrown between high st and jackson creek bridge. about halfway obstructed. much of the vegetation is poison ivy. the north side of this path has been ao chronicly unmaintained that there is now dirt and roots over the northernmost 2ft of it, significantly reducing effective width
There is a large tree along the Hunter footpath in the middle (Eastside neighborhood), where utility overhead lines cross. We have watched the tree splitting. It began with a 3" split and now it is more than 2 feet. Parts of this tree will fall on the foot path, if nothing is done.
Just west of Hunter ave and Jordan ave the southside sidewalk is blocked due to overgrowth.
Pickup truck continues to block sidewalk for pedestrians; cars continue to park on grass of yard.
Along the trail next to the train tracks between N Pete Ellis Dr. and State Rd 46 the bushes need to be cut back. In some places it's impossible for bikers and pedestrians to see what's ahead or for bikers to safely pass pedestrians.
