Shrub on corner of yard is so big that people on the sidewalk have to step onto the grass to get by it.

Resident called in use of a backhoe parked on public sidewalk. They were concerned about damage to the sidewalk. No ROW permit identified related to use.
Resident reports a dumpster parked in an area clearly marked with a "No Parking" sign on the street. Dumpster creates an obvious roadway hazard. Location provided is approximate. Dumpster was delivered evening of July 24.
Everyday multiple cars are blocking the wheelchair ramp to the bus stop on both sides of the ramp the bus turns southbound on to North Illinois and cannot see passengers waiting for the bus over the top of SUVs and other vehicles using street parking. Despite a no parking sign, despite calling City parking, the same cars are parked here literally every day. The next nearest bus stop is uphill and on the other Street.
Retaining wall falling apart, some pieces are lying on the sidewalk. Regular occurence at this location.
There is a huge bush/tree that has grown over the sidewalk making it impossible to walk on the sidewalk. Anyone pushing a baby buggy/stroller cannot pass.
Bushes are overgrown and blocking the sidewalk at/near 3331 and 3411 N Kinser Pike.
