On the north side of E Wylie Farm Rd between S Bayberry Dr and S Azalea Lane there is a wooden walkway within the 50' right-of-way that is very overgrown with Trees of Heaven and a lot of other plants. It is to the point where people are breaking off the tops of the trees in order to get through that part of the walkway. These are invasive plants and the City should do a better job at eliminating them or at least cutting them back. The Google streetview photo of that location dated July 2023 is attached along with current photos that show how the trees and other plants are taking over the walkway and that the tops of some of the trees have been broken off so that pedestrians can pass here. Please clear the area along this side of E Wylie Farm Rd as soon as possible. Thank you.

theres a path connecting maple heights to tri north middle school along the south property line of 917 N Maple. about a month ago someone came with a large side-deck mower and cleared the wildflowers that were not obstructing the path. but they did nothing about the things that *were* obstructing the path! this job requires shovels, shears, and elbow grease. will the city clear the path? I understand these paths are in a grey area and I'd appreciate it if you update this ticket with the info about whichever dept accepts the duty. thanks!!

N/S running sidewalk on the east side of S Sare Rd is very overgrown, including poison ivy patches. This is a City-maintained path. Would be cool for it to be cut back!

Improperly parked scooter blocking access for people with disabilities

Sidewalk is blocked by multiple cars daily (usually more cars are parked behind the red truck). This causes pedestrians to have to walk on the street on a frequently used thru street.

There is constantly a truck on the sidewalk, and currently another car parked directly on the sidewalk. This issue has been raised multiple times to parking enforcement and to the police department. At best they are told to move and then they go right back to parking on and blocking the sidewalk. If this was anywhere downtown or near campus they would be cited and towed, but I walk with my child to Broadview Park and I am forced to walk in the dangerous intersection (the danger is apparent considering people park on the sidewalk so their cars don’t get hit). I want this on record in as many places as possible because if an accident does happen involving a pedestrian being struck by a speeding vehicle taking that turn, I want both the property owner’s and city’s negligence to be well documented.
