Please re-visit report #183741, the issue has gotten much worse
Sidewalk floods every time it rains and leaves a thick layer of mud
For many years now, the sidewalk is completely covered in mud and when it rains, it’s impassable.

This image shows a scooter parked in violation of Bloomington's city code at on the southeast corner of 6th and Walnut (39.167492, -86.533461) at 2021-11-20 18:10:51 I believe this infraction is citable and finable under the city's ordinance. If no citation or fine is issued, I would like to be notified within a reasonable time with the specific reasons why the local law will not be enforced in this instance. Thanks.
This area was razed some time back and has returned to an even worse overgrown state. The weeds are impinging the length of this section.

Lime scooters blocking sidewalk. Date: 10/20/19. Time: 3:30PM. Location: near 126 S. Roosevelt St. We tried to move them out of the way but the wheels lock up unless we pay.
Earlier this year I reported a vehicle parking on the pedestrian/cycling path connecting West Countryside Ln. to the Country View Apts. I observed a vehicle again blocking the path this Saturday, 17 November 2018 at approximately 2:30pm (uReport Case #163304). I have seen this particular vehicle parked on the path a number of times since the house was built adjacent to the path. Considering your suggestion from the previous incident, I have attached a photo of the offending vehicle. From the license plate, the operator appears to be connected with law enforcement (license plate LE8928). I find this very disturbing that an individual who should be setting an example for the community is using a pedestrian path for convenience. I would like to point out that I occasionally ride my bicycle on this path and have observed pedestrians on it as well. Also, there is plenty of street parking in this part of the neighborhood in front of the houses, i.e., I don't see lack of available parking as an excuse. Thank you for addressing his matter, Nick Edison
