This individual regularly parks over the sidewalk with one car, and the wrong way with the other car (both pictured). Additionally, only 1 individual lives in this house, but he has 5 cars. His property is also not kept up at all, regularly storing large appliances on his front porch (like washers and dryers) failing to repair gutters and siding, and allowing excessive overgrowth in his front yard. He brings the home values of the whole street down with his neglect.

This neighbor has been blocking the sidewalk with his 6 cars (one person lives there) for the past several years. At least 2 of the cars have not moved in months, maybe longer. Please help us clean up our neighborhood so everyone can walk safely on the sidewalk.

This neighbor is still blocking the sidewalk. There has been no movement since yesterday. It is dangerous to walk in the streets because drivers speed through the neighborhood. Can you please help us fix this as it has been an ongoing issue for years with this neighbor. Thank you!!

It looks like the photo I'm trying to send may not be working.. but anyway.. In front of 1309 South Lincoln is a gutter that is NOT accepting water..the issue is NOT a plugged gutter at the street level because I have cleaned it out myself.. THis has been going on for YEARS and I've reported it twice..The city looked into it and said that there is no blockage,, but since the water backs up at Every rain, the something is obviously wrong..If you can't get a full street view from the photo I've sent with this message let me know where I can send an email with a photo attachment..Thanks.. Earlier this year I reported a vehicle parking on the pedestrian/cycling path connecting West Countryside Ln. to the Country View Apts. I observed a vehicle again blocking the path this Saturday, 17 November 2018 at approximately 2:30pm (uReport Case #163304). I have seen this particular vehicle parked on the path a number of times since the house was built adjacent to the path. Considering your suggestion from the previous incident, I have attached a photo of the offending vehicle. From the license plate, the operator appears to be connected with law enforcement (license plate LE8928). I find this very disturbing that an individual who should be setting an example for the community is using a pedestrian path for convenience. I would like to point out that I occasionally ride my bicycle on this path and have observed pedestrians on it as well. Also, there is plenty of street parking in this part of the neighborhood in front of the houses, i.e., I don't see lack of available parking as an excuse.
