This house is a fire hazard. Flickering outdoor lights from raccoon and water damage. Large holes in roof. Excessive growth, fabric curtains in front porch make this house a fire hazard. There is an open report on this home for over 200 days with Mike Arnold. Nothing has been find and the neighborhood is aware of the city report having been filed. This house is a violation of many city codes and nothing is being done.

South of 921 W 9th St, there are two wooden utility poles that are very noticably bent. No wires are yet touching the ground, but they are not far overhead and it seems like the poles will break in the next storm.
Broken flower light Wire is exposed and possibly still hot. Near the bus stop
Resturant staff wanted to clean the section we were in so with multiple tables still around they started moving chairs into all of the walkways to block them off. To leave the building we had to move multiple chairs that were blocking every exit to leave. I found it to be a major fire hazard and figured I'd report it. This was at 1pm March 1st.
#201240 was a report regarding exposed wires around Reserve on third. The apartment has done nothing to address this so far. The 30 day window has passed.
Lightning struck a tree. Tree has been slowly glowing from fire on the outside for past 2 hours in the rain. It stopped for a little bit but now it is back. Tree is likely slow burning from the inside.
Large fire of yard waste.
There is evidence of campfire on county owned woods North of RCA Park
