Complaints from businesses in the area of 7th/Walnut that the dismount sign is only visible for those traveling south on Walnut and that the sign currently there is much too high for anyone to see. Request an additional sign much lower visible to those going north on Walnut (west side of the road).

The walk signal at 3rd and College on the Convention Center corner has a very weak DO NOT WALK signal. WALK is better but not normal. It's been like this for many months.

The WALK signal near the blue NAPA store at 3rd and Walnut is hard to see from the east because tree limbs around it are unmaintained.

A resident let me know a street sign has never worked: The "your speed" light is on West Countryside Lane. Turn right off Rockport onto Countryside. Follow Countryside up the hill toward Summit Elementary School which is on the right hand side. Before the school, also on the right, is a light that flashes before school starts and end. After the school light, about 10 to 15 ft ahead, is the "your Speed" light. And then the school.

In the early morning, about 6am, when driving north on High Street toward the Hillside/Moores Pike light, the light does not recognize that a car is there. The east-west direction has a green light and the light will not change. It used to be that when you pulled up to the light from High Street, if no other traffic was there, it would turn to green quickly. When a car is coming south on High Street it may change, but not consistently. The sensor or something seems broken.
