On West Seventh Street a turn-arrow street sign has fallen down into the drainage ditch. This drainage ditch is located just west of Adams Street by the AutoColor retail shop.
Also, someone has dumped a large bag of trash into this drainage ditch on the south side. The drainage ditch needs to be cleaned out of overgrown trees, roots and debris that has accumulated from storm drainage from the culvert under the Indiana Rail Road embankment to the north of West Seventh Street.

There are deer that cross Arlington, McNeely St. and also Union Valley Rd. It is dangerous and I think there should be deer crossing signs to alert drivers. People might actually drive the speed limit and look for deer if there were signs posted. I've seen as many as 5-6 deer at a time. Thank you.

The trees completely cover the multiple ONE WAY signs on this road and people cannot see them. People almost get into accidents daily on this road because it’s a one way, but hotel guests do not know/see/read the one-way signs, so they go the wrong way. The street is just big enough to allow a car to pass, but not always. Something needs to be done - clean up trees, bigger “WRONG WAY” signs, or both.

There are signs at this intersection for vehicles turning right onto Kirkwood that say "YIELD" but I think that it would be helpful if the signs were more explicit. I am confused by them because in general left-turning traffic must yield to right-turning traffic but there is also a crosswalk at that point, which makes me wonder if the yield is for pedestrians who are crossing or left-turning traffic. In addition, the bike lane has two exits near there; I think that one of the exits is for bicyclists who want to continue on Adams and the other (at the crosswalk) is for bicyclists who want to turn right. Is the yield sign to tell vehicles to yield to bicyclists entering the roadway and turning right, for pedestrians crossing, or for traffic? Explicit signs would be helpful for all parties at this intersection.
