It is impossible to drive on 2nd Street from West to East without getting stopped at every single traffic light. It is ridiculous.

The stop sign at John Hinkle & Pete Ellis has been hit. It is on the ground broken.

The Westbound 7th St. center green light is out at the intersection of 7th and College.

Ped Xing lights on south side of 4th st at Rogers don’t work. N side works fine.

The pedestrian crossing flashing indicator lights are not working on the south side of 4th Street (not sure about the north side). Since it is impossible to tell from the pedestrian's vantage point - it is dangerous.

With Rogers closed off everyone who lives off High street has to go up to use Moores Pike. The Road Closed sign on south High Street is too close to the light. If just one car on northbound high street is in the left hand turn lane, no cars can access southbound high street. Sign needs to be moved back significantly or need to deaignate left hand turn lane for southbound traffic. Thank you.
