The tree on the right side of the house which is facing W twin oaks ridge is impassable on the sidewalk. Children walk home from school this route and the sidewalks need to be cleared of low hanging tree limbs. Thank you!

The tree in question is located on city land outside of my property boundary at 1301 W. 8th Street in Bloomington. The broken limb is specifically situated at the intersection of Adams Street and 8th Street, where there is a significant amount of pedestrian traffic. The footpath visible in the attached picture is frequently used by pedestrians crossing from the sidewalk on Adams Street onto 8th Street. The presence of the broken tree limb in this area creates a potential safety hazard for pedestrians. Additionally, there is a slight concern that the broken limb obstructs the view of the Adams Street bridge for drivers turning right onto Adams Street from Fountain. This obstruction may affect the visibility of oncoming traffic, potentially leading to traffic incidents or delays. I kindly request that the relevant department of Bloomington takes immediate action to address this issue. Tree in the front of 1002 E Heather Drive, between the sidewalk and street, has died and needs to be removed. It is a very small tree, only planted a few years ago. The deer over the winter have removed most of the bark, which has killed the tree.
