Blands auto sales lot removed their ground sign and replaced it with a much larger pole sign. Can they do this? Do they need a permit?
New business at this site is putting up a large sign on the roof of the building.
There is a commercial property for sale sign in the front yard that appears to be much too large.
There is a huge, inflatable gorilla on top of the new Circuit City store at Eastland Plaza.
Night Moves has placed a very large sign on the roof of the building. This is a violation of the placement standards for signage in the zoning ordinance.
A very large sign advertising professional auction services has been placed in front of the building very close to the road and blocking the sidewalk.
Please check out hanging banner/flag signs btw/7th & 4th on College (ex. Watch shop, Floral shop, chocolate shop). Hanging beneath level of awnings and impede pedestrian movement.
