Collegiate Painters; 1-800-945-5507 sign in Susan's yard.
"Collegiate Painters" signs stuck in the ground at the following locations: The entrance to Spicewood on Sare Road; Entrance to Sommerset on Rogers Road; Entrance to The Stands on Rogers Road; Entrance to Greenbriar on High St; and going north on High St. (from Rogers Road) the street to the left.

The problem is located on the SE corner of 46 Bypass & Kinser Pike. The sign says " Finally... Insurance for Sef-Employed". It is attached to a untility pole.
