Mark had to remove his lunchboard sign along 3rd Street back in June. Why is enforcement at a standstill on Kirkwood and the square? I mentioned that we were meeting w/CBD in Feb. and he wondered why we had to meet with CBD before we enfoced the existing ordinance downtown. He wants to be able to put his sign back out if other area merchants are allowed to maintain similar signs. He wants to be kept up to date on sign enforcement downtown.
