There's a spotlight in front of the old folks home that shines into the road (east moores). the light faces east. it's very distracting/misleading driving towards it at night. I believe the light is supposed to illuminate a sign or tree.

re: case 205523, the light is on the ground directly by their sign which is just uphill of the sidewalk on moores pike, not far west of clarizz.
