Not really a problem, but maybe an improvement to a situation. I remember, while visiting Rehobooth, Va. That the parking meters had an available app. that I loaded on to my I phone. I was able to pay my parking meter via a credit card I had registered with a third party through my iPhone. The program even sent me a txt message when the meter timer was running low and asked if I wished to continue billing my credit card. I think Bloomington would benefit by this next step. Thank you. Parking meter 7641 is not working properly. I put in three dimes and it advanced only 3cents each. I put in a nickel and it advanced 9 minutes. Of course I needed neither the eventual time nor the added expense.

Meter 7641--actually when I returned to car, it had gone back 6 minutes. So 30 cents=9 mon, 5cents= 6 min.

Swiped card and meter gave me 7 hours of time. Could only increase, not decrease. Cancelled. Tried again with same result. Display read 9 hours, but charged only for 2. Weird.
