Trash left sitting out on curb at all times in the 500 block of S Highland Ave (between Hunter Ave and 2nd St on the east side of the street). Trash becomes scattered on the sidewalk. Attracting unwanted wildlife (raccoons, possums, skunks) in the area and is unpleasant to neighbors.
This has been here the last two weeks. 321 Eastside. Dr.
Vegetation from the property at this corner is hanging over the sidewalk, preventing pedestrians from using it.

Yard is overgrown with weeds & tall grasses. Yard hasn't been mowed since the city mowed it last year.

Large pothole in middle of street (in front of 1314 S. Dunn). Also large potholes one block north on South Dunn (intersection of Grimes and South Dunn).
Gul property not mowed for approximately two months since city last performed this work.
