Not really a problem, but maybe an improvement to a situation. I remember, while visiting Rehobooth, Va. That the parking meters had an available app. that I loaded on to my I phone. I was able to pay my parking meter via a credit card I had registered with a third party through my iPhone. The program even sent me a txt message when the meter timer was running low and asked if I wished to continue billing my credit card. I think Bloomington would benefit by this next step. Thank you.
