There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

Vehicle that blocked alleyway/access road reported earlier between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, and East 3rd Street and East 4th Street is no longer blocking the road. Didn't have a way to "update" my previous report.

Truck blocking sidewalk.....happens constantly

Not really a problem, but maybe an improvement to a situation. I remember, while visiting Rehobooth, Va. That the parking meters had an available app. that I loaded on to my I phone. I was able to pay my parking meter via a credit card I had registered with a third party through my iPhone. The program even sent me a txt message when the meter timer was running low and asked if I wished to continue billing my credit card. I think Bloomington would benefit by this next step. Thank you.
