Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. Debris has become jammed in the drainage ditch causing the water to be very high in periods of rain. The blockage continues to grow and probably needs to be removed manually.
