This lawn is very frequently overgrown, as is the property a bit west if there. These places are becoming blights on the neighborhood. This house is also poorly maintained, with peeling paint showing.

We haven't had a dumpster since Friday... Garbage is piling up at 809 s henderson apartment bldg. pavilion is the mgmt co, called twice and no one gets back to me... Rats and possems don't seem to minds however...

The sidewalk at 1220 E Allendale hasn't been cleared, though the driveway was. With no sidewalk on the west side of Bainbridge, the only other alternative is to walk on the street, which is unsafe under the current conditions.

Grass & weeds 18" tall including along sidewalk. This is an annual problem that has been reported multiple times this year already. Neighbors have spoken with homeowner to no avail. Previous reported case closed without action.
