This location is probably outside the city, but could you please relay the information to county. In addition to the overgrown branches, the sidewalk conditions just North of the overgrowth is in need of repair in 2 different locations. I'll send a couple more photos with a duplicate report. Not exactly sure what the point of a bike lane is if cyclists will regularly have to swerve in and out of it. This is probably why everyone rides on the sidewalk on S Walnut
