Small hole in black top. I saw this similar situation happen to another grate a couple hundred yards up the road from this one about a year prior. As you can see from the picture, this location has excessive trash, a boat, grill, oil cans, overgrowth, etc...in their yard that has been there for years! Please please help!!! It severely damages the neighborhoods integrity!
