Suggestion: have you considered a permanent all-way stop at the intersection of 10th Street and Smith Road? When this was a detour, the "all way" stop worked so much better than before.

Hi 2 things: 1.) Using an iPhone 6, and using the (New report) Miscellaneous portion, Other issues...I keep getting bumped out of Text mode while typing in the comments box. 2.) Intersection traffic lights: The corner of Rogers & Country Club. While traveling West on CC, the West bound straight through lane is held on Red to wait, while cars traveling east on CC trigger the green turn arrow for cars to travel North. There are cars in the turn lane on CC heading south to trigger their turn arrow, but I keep thinking that I too can go, as their are no cars on the opposite side to turn in front of me. There are two, 2-inch differentials in sidewalk surfaces in front of the fountain in front of city hall. One is near the north end of the fountain hardscaping near the bike rack, the other is on the south end of the fountain hardscaping. The need to be planed down. They are a tripping hazard. I saw a woman trip on the north one at farmers' market this morning, and I tripped on the south one last week. Thanks!
