Just got a flat tire from the tore up and unpaved portion of the road on 1st street just West of the B-Line.

Left turn signal always begins light cycle when north or southbound on Union. This is frustrating because there usually isn't even a car there to trigger the turn arrow. This causes all other cars to just sit when traffic could have been moving.
