Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. Clogged storm drain
Northern lane of Atwater just west of Jordan. Storm drain is blocked and the lane is flooding very badly. Will get a lot worse if we have more rain tonight. Might just be leaves blocking it.

The retention pond beside our house is not draining very well. In the past 10 years soil has collected and changed the grade of the land. The culverts that pipe water in are 90% blocked.
