I very suddenly had to walk out in the road, afraid of drivers not seeing me, because of this construction. There's no warning leading up to it that the sidewalk is closed. Construction workers at this site on the west side of College Mall Rd routine park as many as three trucks on the sidewalk/ multiuse path. The only way to pass them is to step it bike into oncoming traffic.
