This location is probably outside the city, but could you please relay the information to county. In addition to the overgrown branches, the sidewalk conditions just North of the overgrowth is in need of repair in 2 different locations. I'll send a couple more photos with a duplicate report. Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.
Grass at Gul property & in city right of way now over 24" & city taking no action. This is looking more and more like arbitrary non-enforcement of code.
Property has grass 2-3 feet high. City has closed multiple cases reported concerning Gul property without enforcing code. Expect a lawsuit.
Sidewalk blocked
820 W 2nd is overgrown and creates a major turning hazard
This lawn is very frequently overgrown, as is the property a bit west if there. These places are becoming blights on the neighborhood. This house is also poorly maintained, with peeling paint showing.
Grass & weeds 18" tall including along sidewalk. This is an annual problem that has been reported multiple times this year already. Neighbors have spoken with homeowner to no avail. Previous reported case closed without action.
