The playground area at Schmalz Farm Park may need some attention. It has begun to be overgrown with weeds and crab grass in the playground area. Thanks in advance for your help!

Schamltz Farm Park. There's a utility cable crossing the ground on the trail from the neighborhood. AT&T or Comcast likely.

Homeless people camping in shelters in building and trades park - complete with air mattress, blankets, sleeping bags, bags. Have gotten way to comfortable. I've called central dispatch/non emergency police and nothing seems to happen. Would like to see lights under shelters in the near future to inhibit this behavior. I am a resident on Howe and am getting tired of seeing this and being kept up at night.

Man with mental health problems/perhaps schizophrenia every night and morning around 5:30 has seeming rages about God knows what - but screams and curses at the top of his lunges for hours at a time. Seems to have scared away a lot of families with young kids because there are less children in the park lately. Is there somewhere this man can be placed for treatment to help him obtain meds? More importantly - not live in our neighborhood park???
