West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not. The streetlight has been malfunctioning for a number of weeks. Every several minutes it goes out, gradually brightens, and then goes out again.

The sidewalk at 1220 E Allendale hasn't been cleared, though the driveway was. With no sidewalk on the west side of Bainbridge, the only other alternative is to walk on the street, which is unsafe under the current conditions.

Would like the sidewalk to connect walnut at pike and rhorer rd so that nearby residents can easily walk to Kroger.
