West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not. Yard is overgrown with weeds & tall grasses. Yard hasn't been mowed since the city mowed it last year.

Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.

Grass at Gul property & in city right of way now over 24" & city taking no action. This is looking more and more like arbitrary non-enforcement of code.

Property has grass 2-3 feet high. City has closed multiple cases reported concerning Gul property without enforcing code. Expect a lawsuit.
