There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

Vehicle that blocked alleyway/access road reported earlier between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, and East 3rd Street and East 4th Street is no longer blocking the road. Didn't have a way to "update" my previous report.

Bye the water treatment plant on Shadyside Rd. The weeds were cut and left in clumps on the road. Dangerous for drivers and cyclists.

Growth on and above public sidewalk makes it difficult I'd not impossible to use the public sidewalk. Owners at 3640 and 3720 Brighton Avenue should address this.
