Several houses on Woodhill Drive have various issues from broken garage doors (see picture) to overflowing trash cans and mold growing on the siding. Caladbolg is listed as the owner of these properties. How can we keep them from letting their properties get like this! These owners are true slumlords and I would like to file a complaint.

Large pothole in middle of street (in front of 1314 S. Dunn). Also large potholes one block north on South Dunn (intersection of Grimes and South Dunn).
Gul property not mowed for approximately two months since city last performed this work.
Excessive overgrown lawn and smell coming from 803 S Larkspur Ln. House is abandon by current renter. Pendragon properties.
Tree limbs are low enough to brush car hoods, more so in rain. Not sure if it's a city or homeowner responsibility.

Faded parking lines need repainted, leading to people not parking within designated spots.
