GeoReporter categories are still in alphabetical order. this needs to be fixed!

ureport custom fields should be displayed on top in a block. then default fields. then contact info fields.

Wish I could report a theft. A search function would make it easier since some things are hard to categorize.

Open app, select no server, go to home, go to settings, click back in navigation bar. It takes me to the wrong tab (report to, instead of home)
